Well hello again!

I made this oatmeal cookie dip for a family movie night and my boys thought it was so cool!!  Everyone at my house loves sneaking a spoonful of dough when I am making cookies, so I was pretty sure this dip would be a big hit with my gang and it was!  I put cinnamon in my batch but my husband said that he would prefer it without, so next time I will leave it out.  This would be perfect for a last day of school treat!!  Our last day is coming up soon.  My kids can’t wait for summer!

This oatmeal cookie dip is a delightful treat that combines the comforting flavors of oatmeal cookies with a creamy dip. It’s perfect for sharing at parties or as a sweet snack any time of the year.

Ingredients for Oatmeal Cookie Dip:

  • Cream cheese
  • butter
  • powdered sugar
  • brown sugar
  • vanilla
  • flour
  • cinnamon
  • quick oats
  • mini chocolate chips
  • mini M&Ms

Tribute to my sweet Mom

I developed my love of cooking at an early age “helping” my Mom bake cookies, make dinner, and knead bread. She had quite the well of patience! She is the one that taught me about measurements, leavening agents, egg-washes, the basic white sauce, and numerous other mysteries of the kitchen!  I cherish the memories I have of learning to cook at her side. Thank you Mom! You instilled in me a respect for work as well as a joy in creating delicious things. I love you! xoxo
