Well this Simple Christmas Wreath Appetizer is actually more of a fun idea, than an actual recipe!  Hopefully this sweet little Christmas wreath made with olives, cherry tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. I put it on a bed of fresh rosemary, but you could use another herb or other greens.  This is such a fun little festive snack, and so easy to put together for your next holiday gathering. It is the perfect accompaniment to your charcuterie board of various meats and cheese, nuts, fruits and crackers.  Perfecto!!

What are your favorite holiday appetizers?

I love these Chipotle and Rosemary Spiced Nuts, Christmas Star Bread, and our favorite Southern Pimento Cheese Spread (served in a festive Christmas bowl)!

Tribute to my sweet Mom

I developed my love of cooking at an early age “helping” my Mom bake cookies, make dinner, and knead bread. She had quite the well of patience! She is the one that taught me about measurements, leavening agents, egg-washes, the basic white sauce, and numerous other mysteries of the kitchen!  I cherish the memories I have of learning to cook at her side. Thank you Mom! You instilled in me a respect for work as well as a joy in creating delicious things. I love you! xoxo
