This Quick Alfredo Sauce (with cream cheese) is my go-to Alfredo sauce recipe now. I did not realize how life changing it is to ditch heavy cream and use cream cheese in Alfredo sauce instead! It is brilliant. I don’t always have heavy cream on hand, but I usually do have cream cheese, making this recipe so easy to throw together anytime! It is lighter and much easier to make than traditional Alfredo sauce but still tastes incredible. So creamy and delicious and no one would ever guess how easy and quick it is to make! This is a perfect recipe for busy weeknight dinners when you have a hungry family to feed but your are short on time. My boys absolutely LOVE Chicken Alfredo and are so happy when I serve this for dinner.

I like to pour this sauce over pasta with grilled chicken or sautéed shrimp and add broccoli on top or on the side. A stellar dinner that your family will love and you can have on the table in less than 30 minutes! Yay!!

Another wonderful Alfredo like pasta recipe is my One Pot Creamy Garlic Pasta. Have you tried that one yet? The sauce forms like magic in the same pot as the cooking pasta. It is fast and delicious too.

Tribute to my sweet Mom

I developed my love of cooking at an early age “helping” my Mom bake cookies, make dinner, and knead bread. She had quite the well of patience! She is the one that taught me about measurements, leavening agents, egg-washes, the basic white sauce, and numerous other mysteries of the kitchen!  I cherish the memories I have of learning to cook at her side. Thank you Mom! You instilled in me a respect for work as well as a joy in creating delicious things. I love you! xoxo
