Peanut Butter and Chocolate CheeseballOh my my my– this recipe is DIVINE!  Seriously, the salty pretzel with the creamy peanut butter and chocolate chips is perfection in your mouth:)  I was asked to make six of these cheese balls for an activity at my church last weekend and they were a big hit!  I sure am glad that I could help or I may have never known there was such a thing as a Peanut Butter and Chocolate Cheese Ball–and that would have been tragic:) I will be making these for years to come!  YUM!

Tribute to my sweet Mom

I developed my love of cooking at an early age “helping” my Mom bake cookies, make dinner, and knead bread. She had quite the well of patience! She is the one that taught me about measurements, leavening agents, egg-washes, the basic white sauce, and numerous other mysteries of the kitchen!  I cherish the memories I have of learning to cook at her side. Thank you Mom! You instilled in me a respect for work as well as a joy in creating delicious things. I love you! xoxo
