I never used to buy Bisquick mix until my sweet sister Erin introduced me to these garlic cheese biscuits…now I always have some on hand specifically for this! The recipe is just so easy, it’s ridiculous and my family LOVES them! They make ever dinner better! From Bisquick:

“Surprise your family tonight by serving up a batch of these melt-in-your-mouth cheddar garlic biscuits—dare we say they’re better than the kind you’d order at a restaurant? With the help of handy Bisquick Original Pancake & Baking Mix, this homemade cheesy biscuit recipe takes a simple 5 minutes to make and is as easy as can be with no kneading or proving required. Simply mix up your dough, drop it by the spoonful onto a cookie sheet and bake away! Whether you use your cheesy biscuits as the base for an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich, as a side to soup or salad for a satisfying lunch or you simply dig in when they’re hot and fresh from the oven, one bite and these biscuits are sure to become an instant family favorite.”

Sold!! I could not agree more. Thank you Bisquick! This makes it so easy to get wonderful fresh bread on the table!

Mmm! I’ll have to try making these. I’ve had them at your house, Britt, and I love them! They remind of me the Red Lobster cheese biscuits… except better. When they are fresh out of the oven, they are positively addictive. 🙂

Oh, it makes me so happy that you like these as much as I do! I love hearing that. 🙂
I’m the same as you – I only ever use bisquick for this particular biscuit recipe, and one other quiche recipe, and that’s all I ever use it for. 🙂 But having it on hand is totally worth it! 🙂

Tribute to my sweet Mom

I developed my love of cooking at an early age “helping” my Mom bake cookies, make dinner, and knead bread. She had quite the well of patience! She is the one that taught me about measurements, leavening agents, egg-washes, the basic white sauce, and numerous other mysteries of the kitchen!  I cherish the memories I have of learning to cook at her side. Thank you Mom! You instilled in me a respect for work as well as a joy in creating delicious things. I love you! xoxo
