Name: Savory Cream Cheese Spread or Dip
Ingredients: 8 oz cream cheese, softened; 2 TB milk, or half and half ( you can add more if you are using as dip); 2-3 TB packed fresh green onions, sliced thin or minced; 1/2 tsp garlic salt (or just a good shake of the bottle:); 1/4 -1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese (fresh–NOT the stuff in the canister); freshly ground pepper to taste

Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a mixing bowl. I use my kitchen aid, any stand mixer or hand held electric beaters would work too.
Mix until well incorporated.
Store in the refrigerator until ready to use.
