Ingredients
Scale
- 3/4 C flour
- 3/4 C sugar
- 1/4 t salt
- 1 stick butter, soft
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 2 Tbsp lemon zest
Glaze
- 3/4 C powdered sugar
- 2 Tbsp lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp lemon zest
Instructions
- Grease a 8×8 baking pan or line with foil and sprayed with baking spray (to easily lift brownies out).
- Combine the flour, sugar and salt in a large bowl.
- Add the softened butter and mix well.
- In another bowl whisk the eggs with the lemon juice and zest.
- Add the wet ingredients to the flour mixture and stir to combine.
- Pour into the prepared 8X8 brownie pan.
- Bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
- While it cools, make the glaze by combining ingredients and stirring well.
- Spoon the glaze over the lemon bars and enjoy!
- You can double the recipe and bake in a 9X13 pan for 30 minutes.
