f you love the nostalgic flavor of campfire s’mores but want an easy no-bake dessert you can whip up in minutes, these Golden Grahams S’mores Bars are the perfect treat. They’re gooey, chocolatey, crunchy, and packed with marshmallow goodness in every bite.

This classic dessert is always a crowd favorite for potlucks, family movie nights, bake sales, summer parties, or after-school treats. Best of all, there’s no oven required, making it a simple recipe even on busy days.

Why You’ll Love This Recipe

  • No baking required
  • Ready in about 15 minutes
  • Perfect for feeding a crowd
  • Soft, gooey, and crunchy texture
  • Tastes just like classic s’mores

The extra marshmallows stirred in at the end make these bars especially soft and chewy, while the Golden Grahams cereal gives them that signature graham cracker flavor everyone loves.

Ingredients You’ll Need

  • Golden Grahams cereal
  • Butter
  • Chocolate chips
  • Mini marshmallows
  • Light Karo syrup
  • Vanilla extract

These simple pantry ingredients come together to create a dessert that tastes like it took far more effort than it actually did.

Tips for the Best S’mores Bars

Don’t Overheat the Marshmallows

Keep the heat low while melting everything together. Overheating can make the bars hard instead of soft and chewy.

Stir Quickly

Once the marshmallow mixture is ready, work quickly to coat the cereal evenly before the mixture begins to set.

Lightly Press Into the Pan

Avoid packing the mixture too firmly into the pan. Gently pressing helps keep the bars soft and easy to bite into.

Add Extra Marshmallows on Top

For a prettier presentation and even more gooey texture, sprinkle extra mini marshmallows over the top before the bars cool completely.

Tribute to my sweet Mom

I developed my love of cooking at an early age “helping” my Mom bake cookies, make dinner, and knead bread. She had quite the well of patience! She is the one that taught me about measurements, leavening agents, egg-washes, the basic white sauce, and numerous other mysteries of the kitchen!  I cherish the memories I have of learning to cook at her side. Thank you Mom! You instilled in me a respect for work as well as a joy in creating delicious things. I love you! xoxo
