Let’s kick off the week with some Hot Fudge Chocolate Pudding Cake, an incredibly decedent chocolate dessert that literally takes only a few minutes to make! This recipe couldn’t be easier to whip up but tastes so decedent warm from the oven with freshly whipped cream or creamy vanilla ice cream on top.
But first…it all starts with a simple fudgy batter..
then a layer of sugar and cocoa, followed by….
hot water that you simply pour on top and you do not stir before popping it in a hot oven.
And like magic, what comes out of the oven is this warm cake with a delicate chocolate crust and a gooey fudge sauce like center…perfect to eat warm with whipped cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream. I am thinking peppermint ice cream at Christmas would be incredible!! Really, this Hot Fudge Chocolate Pudding Cake is amazing and I cannot wait to make it again. My whole family devoured it!
It reminded me of this Warm Peanut Butter Fudge Pudding Cake in the crockpot.
Have you ever made it?? YUMMMM
